Draw cards from a well shuffled standard 52 card deck including jokers. Each card you draw determines the exercise you do and the amount of reps. The card value determines the number of reps: Face cards=11 reps Aces=12 reps Jokers= 1-minute plank
All the rest= number on the card
Card suit determines the exercise: Hearts= Star jumps Spades= Squats Diamonds= Toe Taps Clubs= Mountain climbers
Draw each card individually from the top of the deck, complete the exercise and repeat as fast as you can until all 52 cards have been completed. For an easier option just do less cards. Feel free to change up the exercise as well.
