Increase the heart rate to assist with general fitness

Easy option = aim for the least amount of reps
Hard option = aim for the highest amount of reps
Hardest option = ignore reps and continue exercising for a certain period of time (20 sec, 30 sec etc)
Extreme option = set a time limit (e.g. 10mins) and see how many rounds of all 4 exercises you can do within that time frame

Change/create new exercises for the workout to your liking
