Fitness - Elsie's Obstacle Course

Increase heart rate to assist with fitness + fundamental skills (balance, co-ordination, running, dodging - dpending on activities chosen for your course)

Create an obstacle course by using any kind of equipment you like (pillows, cans/tins/bottles, buckets, balls, chairs etc). You have the option of indoors or outdoors - if created inside you may be limited for space, but if outside you will have an ulimited amount of space depending on the size of your backyard. 

Turn it into a competition with family members by timing one another to see who can complete the course with the fastest time!
