Increase the heart rate to assist with general fitness
Easy option = aim for the least amount of reps (10)
Hard option = aim for the highest amount of reps (increase rep range to your liking)
Hardest option = ignore reps and continue exercising for a certain period of time (20 sec, 30 sec, 60 sec etc)
Extreme option = set a time limit (e.g. 5-10mins) and see how many exercises of all 6 you can do within that time frame
Change/create new exercises for the workout to your liking
