To progress this challenge, try and balance the object on different parts of the body (shoulder, head, feet etc).
Time yourself to see how long you can balance the object in a stationary position and whilst moving.

What speed should we be moving at whilst trying to balance the object? (slow - the object will stay balanced for longer)
What parts of the body did you balance you object on?
How long were you able to balance the object for on your body when stationary AND moving?
