Challenges - Airborne Balloon Challenge

To be able to improve hand/eye coordination whilst trying to keep the balloon off the ground as you are moving.

Time yourself to see how long you can keep the balloon off the ground. Do this challenge multiple times and see if you can beat your time OR challenge someone else. 

Take note of how big the balloon is; the bigger the balloon, the easier it is (as it moves slower). 

Expert Option: Limit the body parts used! Example - not allowed to use hands or feet, can only use knees, arms, head etc!

Where should our eyes be focused? (at the balloon)

What should our feet be doing whilst trying to keep the balloon off the ground? (moving them in the direction of the balloon to keep it airborne)
