Welcome to Smart Coach - Athletics! This program is designed to provide children with a comprehensive overview of the fundamentals of athletics. Through a series of eight lessons, children will learn the skills necessary to excel in a variety of sports. Each lesson will focus on a different topic related to sports, and will be tailored to the age group of the children. The lessons will cover topics such as proper stretching techniques, basic rules of play, and conditioning. Each lesson will also include a brief description of the topic and an estimated timeline for when it should be taught. By the end of the program, children will have a strong foundation of knowledge that will help them become successful athletes.
