Welcome to our comprehensive weight training program! This program is designed to help you build strength and endurance through progressive exercises over the course of four lessons. We will start by focusing on basic exercises such as squats, deadlifts, and presses, and then progress to more advanced exercises such as Olympic lifts, power lifts, and accessory exercises. This program is designed to challenge you, but also to ensure that you are learning the proper techniques and form for each exercise. By the end of the program, you will have a well-rounded weight training routine that you can use to stay fit and healthy.
