SPACE:
- big space = less passes will be made (no risk of collisions)
- small space = more passes will be made (risk of collisions)
- set up a different orientation with spots (e.g. circle) to create different running lines
TASK:
- bounce pass, chest pass, over head pass
- create a larger space between passers and movers increasing passing distance
EQUIPMENT:
- soft ball = no BOUNCE forcing you to chest pass
- hard ball = lots of BOUNCE allowing both types of passes
- small ball = harder to make accurate passes
- big ball = easy to make accurate passes
PEOPLE:
- more "passers" = less time waiting to recieve/make a pass
- more "movers" = less passes being made, more time waiting
- even split = good balance of both passers and movers (no waiting time)
