Four cones/cans in a diamond shape & put a ball at back point.
Person starts in the middle of the diamond. They then move and touch the left cone then move to touch the right cone. They then move back to the middle then to the back cone where they pick up the ball then run and score the try at the front cone as fast as possible.
Progression:
- Incorporate a caller who calls which direction to run, so it is a fast reaction rather than knowing which way to go.
- Instead of scoring by a try, place a target (eg cone) or a partner a short distance away that they can complete a pass to.
