Warm Up

Find the line

Students will start on a line, the coach will call out another line for the students to run to e.g. sideline. Once the student gets to the line they need to jump and land on it in that Stable Body Position. Continue this giving the students a few more lines to find and land on.

Activities

Chain Tag

Start with 2-3 taggers. The rest of the class runs to the other end of the court, if they get tagged along the way, they then link arms with the tagger (becoming a tagger themselves), creating a chain of taggers.

The students running need to maintain space from the tagging chains as they get bigger in order ti win the game.
