Set up a 3x3 square. One person has the ball on a corner(this person is the defender) another person stands on the opposite corner(this person is the attacker). The defender passes the ball to the attacker. Once the ball is caught the attacker who now has the ball is trying to score on one of the lines not touching their corner. The defender is trying to stop the attacker by ripping them before they score. The attacker can use footwork to get past the defender. Defender cannot move until the attacker has caught the ball. Up to six people per square. Encourage the defender to focus on the hips of the attacker.
Can change the size of the square to make it easier or harder.
