Great news! We've just upgraded our AI engines to GPT-4.0. This is the planets best AI engine and is not available from openAI for free. Combined with our prompts and lesson planning storage system we believe we have a world class product for you.
Even better, we've now moved on from the original 'davinci' model and are using GPT-3.5-turbo as our default engine, this is 10 times cheaper than Davinci and so this means you can now generate 10 times for lesson plans for the same price.
(GPT-4 is still 10x move expensive than 3.5)
You can switch between these models by navigating to your 'settings' and choosing which model you want to use from the dropdown.
Our testing is showing that GPT-3.5 really isn't much worse than 4.0 at lesson generation tasks, so if your budget is a factor we would recommend generally using 3.5. If you have a particularly complex section to generate you can switch to 4.0 at anytime. If there is demand we may make this a little more dynamic to switching between modes, so let us know!
DON'T FORGET TO EDIT YOUR PLANS... AI is pretty good, but it's not as good as humans (yet), You need to use it as an assistant rather than a replacement for your own creativity. Click on the [Edit] button at the top of your lesson plan then explore what all of the controls do for editing, we give you the full ability to edit your lesson plan the way you want it. You can even edit the prompts and regenerate sections.
