Players are split into two teams, seperated from each other by a line of cones, desks, chairs etc.
Each team start with an even amount of bean bags on each side. When whistle is blown, children must throw any beanbags from their side, into the other teams side as quickly as possible. This is continued for a given time, with the beanbags being thrown back and fourth.
When whistle is blown again, the team with the least amount of beanbags on their half win.
Progression:
- once players are used to normal round, mix it up so only some players can throw it over (eg only girls, only boys, only year 1's or year 2's etc). This ensures that everyone is getting a chance to throw and certain players aren't hogging the activity.
- add different types of items that are worth more points (eg a pink dodgeball is counted as two points when the final whistle blows, where-as beanbags are only one).
