Divide the group into two even teams and assign them half a playing area each (use lines from a court or mark an area on a field with cones). Each team has a ten second group discussion to select a player to be their team medic. Once this has been figured out, a player from each team will tell the coach/ref to ensure the medic does not change person half way through the game. Dodgeballs will be placed on the centre line. The coach will count down from three seconds. Once zero is reached, all players from both teams will run to the centre and grab dodgeballs to throw at the opposing team.
RULES:
- Players may not cross the centre line into another teams zone
- If player "B" catches the ball thrown by player "A" without it bouncing, player "A" will be out and must sit down
- Players must be hit ONLY on the legs
- Players are allowed to block with their hands or deflect an oncoming throw with a dodgeball they are holding on to
- Once out, you must sit down where you got hit and not move at all OR obstruct thrown dodgeballs by opposing players
- Medics can save their team mates that are sat down by tapping them on the shoulder, however if the medic got out as they were hit by a doedgball, then no one can be saved from their team.
- If all players on team are eliminated, that team loses, OR team with most players still standing after the time limit will be declaredw winners.
