TECHNIQUE:

1) Beanbag is held in writing hand, place down by pocket.
2) Non-throwing arm is pointing in the direction of the target
3) Eyes are looking in direction of target
4) When releasing bean bag, swing throwing arm upward and finish with both arms side by side "superman" position

GAME:
Place the parachute in the centre of the court/field/hall, allowing a ring of spots to be place around the outside roughly creating a 3-6metre space/gap. Have students pair up and for one to be stood on the spot and the other to line up behind their partner. Ask the students what colours they can see on the parachute. Inform them that they will be aiming their beanbag at those colours by using an underam throw. The coach will tell students what colour to aim for and then countdown from 3. When 0 is reached, "throw" will be called out informing students to release their beanbag. If students land their beanbag on the spot, they will recieve one point. Students will stay standing on their spot until the whistle is blown which indicates that the student who had their throw will move to the back, whilst the student who's turn it is,will retrieve the bean bag and return to their spot. Repeat the process allowing students to have multiple turns . Inform every to keep count of their score so at the end they can tally up their points and see who gets the highest.

RULES:

- Students must share and take turns
- The spots will remain in the same location for the entirety of the game - no one is allowed to move them closer

PROGRESSION:

- Add in a variety of objects that can be placed on top of the parachute such as tall cones, short cones and even buckets which could all have different point values.
