Divide the class into two even teams and have each positioned on different sides of a court or grass field. At each end of the playing area in the corners mark out soccer goals with cones, a basketball hoop (if on a court) or hula hoop (if on a field) and a try line with cones. One team will start with a ball (soccer ball would be the preferred option) by dribbling it in the direction of the soccer goals their team must score in. If at any point in time the ball is kicked up into the air and caught by a defender OR team mate, they then have the option of choosing to play touch rugby or basketball and the defending team/team mates would have to react and adapt to the chosen sport. If the player chose touch rugby they then will have to run in the direction of the tryline at the end of the court/playing area without being tagged by the defenders. If they chose basketball they would dribble the ball to the hoop (if on a court) or pass (like netball without moving) toward the hula hoop (if on a grass field).

RULES:

- Points will be awarded if the ball goes through the soccer goal, into the basketball hoop or hula hoop and if a tried is scored
- Each team will get 5 touches whilst playing touch rugby until a turnover of possession is awarded
- If the ball goes outside the playing boundary it will also be a turnover of possession
- Once a point is awarded, the ball will be brought back to halfway and the coach will toss the ball into the air and choose the sport to be played
